BiteLock™
Teeth in a Day

Our All-on-4 implant solution: four or more titanium implants and a fixed provisional full arch in a single day — followed by your permanent custom prosthesis after healing.

Full Arch in One Day No Bone Graft Required in Most Cases Opioid Free Provider
Overview

A Fixed Full Arch — in a Single Day.

Four or more titanium posts are placed in the most optimal positions in the jawbone, and a full-arch provisional prosthesis is fabricated and secured the same day. Once your implants have fully healed, a permanent, custom-crafted prosthesis is delivered.

Unlike conventional dentures, BiteLock™ is fixed to the jaw — no adhesives, no slipping, no plastic covering the roof of your mouth. Because the prosthesis is anchored to implants, it tolerates greater chewing forces and can feel more natural.

Benefits

Why choose
BiteLock™

A better alternative to dentures — helping restore function, a natural appearance, and confidence.

01

Teeth in a Day

Implant placement and a fixed provisional prosthesis in a single day — you walk out with a full smile.

02

Avoids Bone Grafting in Most Cases

In most cases, implants are placed using your available bone, avoiding an extra surgery and months of healing.

03

Fixed, Not Removable

No denture adhesives, no plastic covering the roof of your mouth, no sore spots or loose dentures.

04

Eat What You Love

Anchored to implants, the prosthesis tolerates greater chewing forces, so you can enjoy a wider range of foods again.

05

Built to Last

Titanium implants are designed to be permanent — with good oral hygiene and regular follow-ups, they can last for life.

Candidacy

Is it right
for you?

BiteLock™ is a good choice for patients who:

Have lost most or all of their teeth, or are facing that prospect.
Are unhappy with dentures that slip, loosen, or cause sore spots.
Want a fixed, long-term result instead of a removable denture.
Have significant bone loss — zygomatic implants are available for complex cases.
Prefer full-arch rehabilitation in one surgery instead of two or three.
Treatment Process

From consultation
to final smile

Every patient is different. Here is how the BiteLock™ process unfolds.

01

Consultation & 3D Imaging

A 3D Cone Beam CT scan evaluates your bone structure. Ideal implant positions are planned and surgical guides are designed.

02

Implant Placement

Four or more titanium implants are placed in a single outpatient procedure with opioid-free anesthesia.

03

Same-Day Provisional

Your provisional full-arch prosthesis is fabricated in-office and secured to the implants before you leave.

04

Healing

Over the following months the implants fuse permanently with the jawbone (osseointegration).

05

Permanent Prosthesis

After complete healing, your custom permanent prosthesis is fabricated and delivered.

FAQ

Common
questions

How is BiteLock™ different from dentures?

Traditional dentures can be uncomfortable and prone to loosening. BiteLock™ replaces the entire arch with an implant-supported prosthesis that is fixed to the jaw — restoring function, natural appearance, and confidence, without requiring prior bone grafting in most cases.

Who is a candidate for BiteLock™?

Most adults who have lost most or all of their teeth — or who are facing that prospect — are potential candidates. Even patients with significant bone loss may qualify, with zygomatic implants available for complex cases.

How long is recovery?

Most patients are comfortable and back to light activity within days.

How long do the implants last?

Titanium implants are designed to be permanent. Proper oral hygiene and regular dental follow-ups help ensure lifetime function.

Is financing or insurance available?

We accept major dental insurance and Medicaid, and offer CareCredit and LendingClub financing.

Need to replace just one or a few teeth?

Single or multiple dental implants restore your smile with a permanent, natural-looking replacement anchored to the jawbone.
